Fees and Insurance

All co-payments, deductibles, and statement balances are the responsibility of the patient. We accept cash, personal checks, and major credit cards. We do expect prompt payment on all outstanding balances. We also recommend that you bring a valid Insurance card and official photo ID with you for all visits.
