Medical Records

Your medical records are stored for five years. In order to be in compliance with HIPAA and to respect your privacy and confidentiality, we can only release your medical records to you or your legal POA, and only with written consent and authorization. We can share your medical information with your other health care providers for the continuity of care purposes.
